Data East pinball circuit boards body guard.
Hey you! My name is Crouton. Who wants some Data East boards? Well, come and get it, big fella... You can only pry them out of my cold, dead paws. Umm, well, actualy, they are all sold, I just helped to pack them.

Star Trek The Next Generation - Special "outtakes/bloopers" from the sound recording session with the cast of the TV show doing custom sounds for the pinball machine. Sent by Chris Poibug from UK, thank you Chris. Enjoy!

Pinball just left Chicago... - Steve Kordek, one of the great veteran's of the pinball industry, is seen in this historical picture here. The date is November 1999 and this is the last game to roll off the assembly line at the Williams plant. This is THE VERY LAST game that the biggest, greatest, most-innovative, coolest and best in the business - Williams/Bally will ever make. I guess his facial expression tells the whole story. Really sad and it didn't have to be that way.

The Who's Tommy prototype translite - Now defunct Data East (bought by SEGA in 1995, SEGA bought by Stern Pinball Inc. - still in business) made a few noteworthy games that are fun to play and own. . Here is the picture of the very rare (only 10 games with it made) prototype translite for one of the best Data East games The Who's Tommy.

Mirco from Germany is working on the die to produce widebody lockdown bars. The die will be ready end of this week and has to be adjusted in a pre run. After that I will have some prototypes and will start the first production.

Mac sent some pictures of his The Addams Family pinball being shopped out. He was also missing the Fliptronics I board in his pinball machine. The Addams Family is the only game that uses this type of board in the backbox, all other machine of its era use Fliptronics II series. Since he couldn't find Fliptronics I anywhere for a while, he used Fliptronics II in its place (they are much more common to find and replace). According to him, his flippers and the machine work great. Click here to see the pictures of his restaurations and boards.

Here's a story from Benjamin about getting his Pinbot pinball machine: "About 7 months ago, I had a Pinbot shipped to me. It came in a crate that looked like it could hold a horse. To my complete surprise, I opened a panel and it was shipped whole. The legs were on & the head was up. Thank goodness the headbolts were in, not just the latch in the back. Click to see the picture of the crate the machine was shipped in.
