This is a demonstration of a Desoldering Gun Kit, Model 808, manufactured by an established company, Hakko. This is a powerful and portable professional tool, to be used if you don't want to purchase a full desoldering station. It is sold for between 150$ and 160$, and it could be found at your local Fry's Electronics store. Comes with a sturdy clear plastic carrying case and extra parts. It took me all of 10 seconds to unsolder that small capacitor from a junk computer network card, as seen in the pictures, and I wasn't even trying to do a "clean" job.

IMPORTANT! Please use due care and precaution while using this tool. The tip surface of the gun gets very hot (in excess of 700 degrees Fahrenheit). Use at your own risk.
