This pinball machine is the best DMD machine ever made, in our opinion. We've played them all extensively and only a few others are almost just as good, namely Twilight Zone, Star Trek The New Generation, Medieval Madness, Attack From Mars, Creature From The Black Lagoon, Cirqus Voltaire (with new, improved game ROM only) and maybe 1 or 2 others. That's it, the rest is a couple of notches below. These machines are very popular and very addicting to play.

This is a superpin with award-winning special sound effects featuring new DCS Sound System making the machine's background music, speech and sound effects sound crystal-clear. It is a 4-track digital playback and it was the first machine to bring symphonic sound to any coin-op amusement machine. This pinball combines musical selections from all 3 movies and ties them together with an original theme for the game. Most sound effects in the game were taken from or based on actual movie sound effects and the machine is quite simply just loaded with all the gret movie quotes tied into the gameplay.
There is more: it is a machine that features 3 video game modes! A Gunfight at The Raven Bar (Shooting with the Launch Ball Gun or flipper buttons), Escaping The Mine Cart (one of the toughest to master and immensely thrilling!), Choose Wisely (From the 3rd movie, you need to pick a cup from a selection).
UNIQUE CUSTOM ADDITIONS
TXPinball has sold so far dozens and dozens of Indiana Jones pinballs over the years, probably over 40 of them, if not more. Early in 2006, a new customer requested the additions to Indy Jones machine that has never been done before, that stands out and is uniquely suited for this great machine - TXPinball delivered!
Whenever the Path of Adventure is engaged and lit in the game, it flashes brightly red indicating it is time to go up the ramp & face the Pit of Doom! Click here or the animation below to see it in action! - (QuickTime video file - 10 Mb)
There is more: Biplane on the ramp, German Messerschmidt on the other ramp, 6 ball Multiball, pop bumpers that spell I-N-D-Y, drop down targets that spell ADVENTURE, amazing artwork on the backglass, cabinet and playfield.
There is more! The game is loaded with modes and adventures: all 12 modes are based on the actual movies (4 modes for each movie) and they all captured Indy's perilous exploits. So, now players can join their favorite Professor of Archeology as he braves these threacherous paths on the roads to high adventure.
Each of the 12 modes is connected to a scene from one of the 3 Indiana Jones movies (4 modes for each movie). Modes are Escape the Castle Grunewald, Steal The Stones, Escape The Mine Cart, Choose Holy Grail Wisely, Tank Chase, Get The Idol, Find Marion in Cairo, Well of Souls (our favorite mode, 6 balls multiball), Eat Monkey Brains, The 3 Challenges, Survive the Rope Bridge - if you've wathed the Indiana Jones movies, you will remember the quotes, the graphics, the sounds...
Excerpts from one of the modes with superior movie quotes sounds, great animations and graphics, everything going on at once while you are playing:
Get the Idol mode:
The objective of this Mode is to steal the Idol by shooting the lock sinkhole. This is complicated by the ENT targets which keep resetting and getting in the way. Each reset is accompanied by a quote as follows:
Start Mode: There's nothing to fear here.
That's what scares me.
First hit : Throw me the whip.
Second hit: Throw me the Idol.
Third hit : Give me the whip.
Fourth hit: Adios, senor.
After this, the targets remain down to expose the sinkhole. Scoring is 5M for 1 target, 10M for 2, and 20M for a sweep of all 3. Collecting the Idol is worth 20M, ends the Mode and locks a ball for Multiball. It is possible to collect the Idol while the targets still stand (Shorty's quote: "You Cheat, Dr. Jones!" lock) but there is nothing special awarded for doing this. And more, and more, and more...
Even more! There are five items which can be collected from the Captive Ball during Quick Two Ball Multiball as follows:
The Idol of The Incas (10M)
The Diamond of Shanghai (15M)
The Remains of Nurhachi (20M)
The Cross of Coronado (25M)
The Fish of Tayles (30M)
And, would ou believe it, even more (and even more after this "even more"), as we stated at the beginning, one of the best DMD pinball machine ever made!)...
After the player completes all the modes then it's time for: Eternal Life MultiBall (Pinball Wizard award) with 6 balls simultaneously on the playfield!
Completion of all 12 Modes awards the player with a 6 ball MultiBall! Eternal Life is on for about 30 secs and balls are pumped out onto the playfield. Every switch (except the outlanes) are lit for 10M each. Collecting ALL switches including the Path of Adventure mini playfield scores 1 Billion points, gets you "Eternal Life, Dr. Jones" and relights all the switches again.
There is more: From the realistic gun shooter to the recreation of a biplane dogfight, the INDIANA JONES playfield challenges players to non-stop action. There are three super modes (fitting a theme from each of the movies: Search for the Ark of The Covenant, Unravel Sacred Sankara Stones, Discover the Holy Grail).
There is more: Indiana Jones unveils a new find - and its an industry first. Only by spelling A-D-V-E-N-T-U-R-E can players gain access to the innovative "Path of Adventure", a player-controlled tilting mini-playfield. It may be moved left or right by using flipper buttons. But you must navigate safely... the wrong tilt will tumble you into the Pit of Doom.
There is more: Nestled among ancient ruins is the rotating Golden idol that stands watch over playfield and collects balls for multiball play. You also shoot Idol center drop targets and further along the field shoot the Captive Pinball...
This machine is got everything but a kitchen sink! It is loaded with toys, ramps, planes, multiballs, ruins, idols, mini playfield, sounds, graphics, fast flipper action and animations. 6 ball multiballs on some modes and the last "Pinball Wizard" mode called: ETERNAL LIFE! This machine is unbelievably tied in every aspect to all 3 great Indiana Jones adventure movies!
During the refurbishing process we can highly customize your pinball machine with extra parts, modifications, high end audio speakers or anything else you might like.
