Step into a world of knights and castles, fire-breathing dragons and damsels-in-distress, magical wizards and treacherous trolls, a dazzling adventure sure to captivate players of all ages and skill levels.

Defeat the king and all his men to stop the madness and restore order to this great land.
Jump the moat, lower the drawbridge, and break through the gate to destroy castles in a blaze of glory as a spectacular sound and light show charges the playfield with excitement.
Rescue damsels-in-distress, launch sieges with a catapault, and defeat evil (but stupid) trolls that pop up to distract players from completing their quest to defeat the King and all his men in an ultimate Battle for the Kingdom.
All of King's Knights are:
Francois De Grimm (a Frenchman, who wants to go Medieval on your behind)
The Duke of Bourbon (a drunkard)
Lord Howard Hurtz (a mobster, so stay away from his castle you dirty rat, or he'll whack ya!)
The Earl of Ego (who is far superior to you)
Sir Psycho (a psycho, and he's is getting crazier!)
The unique video mode is a simulation of Joust! arcade video game. Video mode - Save the Children: The King of Payne has sent his evil falcons to kidnap all the children from the kingdom. Save the children by killing all the falcons in the time alloted before a single child is taken away. Use the flipper buttons to move the peasant right and left. Line peasant up with swopping falcons to destroy them.
Video mode ends when time expires or a child is taken away.
The center feature on Medieval Madness playfield is an amimated castle with a working drawbridge and gate. The five major components of the castle are:
The Moat
As with all medieval castles, the castle has a moat protecting it. Shots to the center entrance, drawbridge, gate, or the left wall that miss their mark will land here. (The pinball is promptly taken out of the
moat and returned to the player).
The Drawbridge
To start an attack on a castle, hit the drawbridge until it lowers to reveal the gate.
The Gate
After the drawbridge is lowered, hit the gate until it raises to reveal the main entrance.
The Main Entrance
To finish the attack, fire a shot into the castle after the gate has been raised and watch it be destroyed in a spectacular coordinated sound, video, lighting and animation sequence !
The castle wall
To the left of the main entrance of the castle is a swinging wall section. Making this shot is required to lock balls for castle MultiBall.
